PARQUE RURAL DE ANAGA

Al nordeste de la Isla de Tenerife, con una extensión de 14.419 hectáreas, el Parque Rural de Anaga ocupa una parte importante de la isla y se ubica en parte de los municipios de La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife y Tegueste.

Anaga ofrece un paisaje espectacular y con una gran diversidad natural, resultado de la orografía y por la existencia de diferentes ambientes, que van desde el más húmedo y lluvioso en las partes altas hasta aquellos de elevada insolación y escasa pluviometría. Son estas características las que hacen posible el asentamiento de una rica y diversa naturaleza con numerosas especies de animales y vegetales y con más de 120 endemismos locales, algunos de ellos muy escasos y amenazados, añadiéndole una gran relevancia paisajística, natural y cultural.

Dentro de los ecosistemas canarios que en el existen se destacan los bosques de laurisilva que existen en sus cumbres, los sabinares o los cardonales tabaibales del extremo oriental del macizo.

Por sus condiciones naturales, y por el esmero de sus gentes, Anaga guarda un tesoro de variedades locales de productos que son únicos, como las papas borrallas, variedades de batatas, ñames, viñas y de muchos frutales.

En el Parque Rural de Anaga existen yacimientos paleontológicos de interés científico, como el de la playa del Tachero, asentamientos humanos que configuran un paisaje rural y armónico, así como un gran valor cultural derivado de la utilización del área por los aborígenes como comarca histórica de habitación y pastoreo.

Nordosten der Insel Teneriffa, mit einer Fläche von 14.419 Hektar, befindet sich das Anaga Park einen großen Teil der Insel und ist in den Gemeinden La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife und Tegueste entfernt.

Anaga bietet spektakuläre Landschaften und große natürliche Vielfalt, die durch die Topographie und die Existenz von unterschiedlichen Umgebungen, angefangen von der mehr feucht und regnerisch im Hochland mit denen der hohen Sonneneinstrahlung und wenig Niederschlag. Es sind diese Eigenschaften, die Möglichkeit der Errichtung einer reichen und vielfältigen Natur mit zahlreichen Tier-und Pflanzenarten und mehr als 120 lokalen endemischen Arten, manche sehr selten machen und bedroht, indem große Relevanz Landschaft, Natur und Kultur.

Innerhalb der Ökosysteme Kanarienvögel in Hervorhebung der Lorbeerwälder, die in ihren Gipfeln existieren, tabaibales Wacholder oder östlichen Ende cardonales Massiv.

Mit ihrer natürlichen Bedingungen, und das Engagement der Menschen, hält Anaga einen Schatz von lokalen Sorten von Produkten, die einzigartig, wie Kartoffeln borrallas, Sorten von Süßkartoffeln, Yams, viele Weinberge und Obstgärten sind.

Im Anaga Park gibt paläontologischen wissenschaftlichem Interesse, wie der Strand Tachero, menschliche Siedlungen, die eine harmonische Landschaft und eine große kulturelle Wert aus der Nutzung des Gebietes von den Eingeborenen als historischen Viertel abgeleitet sind Zimmer und Beweidung.
